What do your dues cover?

The dues for Hunter’s Ridge Townhome Association are $160.00 each month. The major expenditures your dues pay for are: All landscaping, snow removal, water, and exterior building maintenance.  The monthly financials will give you more details about other items the Association Dues pay for, as will the Annual Budget.  The Budget lists each item and the projected amount the Association needs to cover the cost of for the year.  Some items are a fixed rate and others such as snow removal are unpredictable; in this case, the amount is estimated.
